If you’re not familiar with this condition, here is a brief explanation. Google “definition alexithymia,” and you’ll read: “the inability to recognize or describe one’s own emotions.” That doesn’t mean that every emotion is inscrutable to me. Sometimes it just depends on how strong it is.
