If the CEO rarely remembers why they walked into a room, you might chalk it up to aging and suggest that they retire. If they can’t keep paperwork organized, you could hint that they need a better assistant. But if they blow the company’s profits on fidget spinners because they’re depressed, you’ll probably get upset with them.
