Addressing language barriers is crucial to ensuring that Web3 technologies are accessible and user-friendly to a diverse global audience, enabling the benefits to reach those who need them the most.

To achieve this, we are proud to introduce the First step of the Arthera Language Inclusivity Program — an initiative aimed at extending our global reach and resonance in diverse locations.

For the First step of this program, we invite passionate individuals to join us as translators, enabling the translation of Arthera’s documentation into various languages.

Duration and Impact

This 2-month experimentation presents an invaluable opportunity for us to optimise and expand upon our long-term language inclusivity program. During this period, we will be able to leverage the insights gained to better understand and solidify our strategies for promoting inclusivity in language usage and extend Arthera’s global presence.

Communication Channels

Our primary communication channel will be the Arthera Telegram Community Group, which ensures broad access to updates, shared experiences, and collective knowledge. For more specific discussions and daily engagement, a dedicated Language Inclusivity Program group will be established on Telegram.

Mechanism

Following a comprehensive selection process, chosen Translators will be entrusted with the task of translating Arthera’s documentation, thereby facilitating effective communication and expanding Arthera’s reach across different regions.

Application Process

1. Complete and submit the application form using this link: Application Form
2. Our team will diligently review your application within 48 hours and reach out to you to confirm whether you have been selected.
3. We will then promptly provide you with the documentations that require translation. Please review these documents thoroughly and, upon agreeing to undertake the translation, proceed with the translation process. Once completed, kindly submit the translated documents using the Arthera Documentation Translation form, which will be shared with you simultaneously with the documentation to be translated. For those translations that meet our quality standards and are approved, you will be eligible to receive a well-deserved reward in the form of a grant.

Participation Rules

Applicants must successfully complete our application process to ensure their suitability for the program. It is important to note that Translators are prohibited from seeking direct payment from community members or any project.

Grants

Grants will be provided as a one-time payment for each documentation translated. To be eligible to receive this grant, your work must undergo validation by Arthera’s team. The grant will be offered either in $AA Tokens or in Stablecoin.

For grants paid in $AA Tokens, the payment terms will align with the Tokenomics structure. Following the Token Generation Emission (scheduled for October), there will be a one-month lockup period.
