Quick recap: Solution voting basically means that now all community members can stake tokens and vote on the solutions that have been submitted to a bounty. A much more community-centric approach to the solution creation and validation process. Voters who voted on the solutions which got approved by the protocols receive back their staked pools with additional incentives.
