There are days when you paint an amazing acrylic painting, and you look at it and wish that charcoal sketch adaptation of the same would be great too, or maybe a watercolor style version of this piece, or maybe even a paint by numbers style version so that you could use it to teach someone to paint their copy of it too! Well, with Midjourney offering so many tools at hand to customize your art mediums, this is absolutely possible!
In this article, we will go over ways in which we can customize our prompts to create new pieces of artwork in various art mediums. Let’s get right into it!

To use a base image, make sure you have your artwork’s image uploaded and have a URL to it that you can use to replace <image url> in our prompts.
