Almost every story involves five things happening: the protagonist encounters a problem; this problem causes them frustration and they want to take action; they meet a guide who can help them with a plan or tool; they begin to believe in this solution; finally, they take action to solve the problem.

So, to get qualified potential customers interested and into the story, you need to tell them the story clearly.

To create a story arc for each customer, you need to use the following template:

2. I see that problem X has led to frustration Y.
3. Our product or service can overcome frustration Y by solving problem X.
4. We have worked with hundreds of customers who have problem X, and here are their results.
5. Let’s develop a step-by-step plan to address your problem and frustration.

For thousands of years, people have been telling stories using this template because the human brain understands it and is drawn to it. Therefore, if the human brain understands and is attracted to this template, you should use it to invite customers into the story. In this story, by purchasing your product, their problem is solved.
