This is the third is a series of eight mosaic stepping stones for the garden. With this piece, I’m striving to emphasize the flow of the stones using lots of parallel lines comprised of thin tesserae. The intersecting circles are marked with a red claret marble. Light sections a mix of silver, white, and rose; the dark sections using two varieties of Spanish Emperador marble; and the middle tone sections a mix of Scarabas, Aegean silver and golden Emperador marble.
