My daughter Aubree is 7 and was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) when she was 2. She is our third child (my fourth), with two older brothers ages 16 and 14.

In raising her this far, I have learned quite a bit about autism. To be more specific, I have learned that defining it as a spectrum disorder is a stroke of brilliance because it truly is a condition that covers a spectrum.
