My trauma response is kicking in HARD right now. At least, that’s what my counselor says. She says that’s why I’m freaking out and wanting to be done with all this estate paperwork.

Fight or flight, baby. All the way.

I’m overwhelmed.
Exhausted.
Grieving.
Angry.
Alone.
