Self-Reflection is Overrated

What if it makes you feel worse?

I’ve had years of therapy, and I’m starting to wonder if it’s making me feel worse. I’ve been grateful to have support, but when does it end? When do I get to live in joy? When am I “done?”

The answer? Never. At least, that’s how it feels. After all, there is always something else to work on, isn’t there?
