If you’ve read much of my writing, you know that my mother is in a memory care facility with advanced dementia. I had to sell her home, and I’ve been working hard to get it cleaned out.

I’ve had a lot of surprises along the way, and some difficult emotions to work through. It’s been a challenging 15 months.
