One Last Inhale of Canada Before We Head Out Again

It amazes me that we have been back in Canada for a full 18 months. What was supposed to be a quick visit — after 6 years of full-time travel — tuned into a desperate need to rest, recuperate, and get our finances sorted out before we were ready to head out into the world again.

Since we arrived, not a moment has passed by that we didn’t have our sights set on leaving again, and I’m ecstatic to say that the time is now here. In less than 48 hours, we will be winging our way east, back to Europe, where we will not only be retrieving a suitcase that we left in Greece, but we will be visiting a bunch of friends that we have met on our travels, back in their home countries.

We are ecstatic about this next leg of our adventure and simply can’t wait to return to the road.

Not only will traveling re-ignite our souls, but I know that it will also bring out my need to write again. While here, we have been focused in other directions. It has been necessary to not only rest and recuperate — recovering from various maladies and mental health issues that we had when we returned — but we have had to work…
