Artis Turba Status Update — 1 February 2021

In early January 2021 Artis Turba’s team discovered a technical issue with its order book and on 4 January 2021 placed the site in maintenance mode. The issue was caused by cancelled user orders that remained on the order book as well as updating the user who cancelled its balance and creating duplications, other users then traded some of these cancelled orders. After discovering the issue Artis Turba’s team started an audit to establish the impact and how to resolve the matter.

We want to apologize for the inconvenience caused and fully understand your frustration and ask that you please bear with us. We want to ensure you that Artis Turba and its team are committed to resolve the matter and will keep you updated during this process. Our priority is to complete the audit, identify the cancelled trades, to reverse the trades of cancelled orders and continue to provide an uninterrupted service to our users.
