‘Arz Kia Hai’ Ajmer Spring 2018: Insight article

After the relinquishment of reigns of meetups from last year, ‘Arz Kia Hai’, the community known to be a family of literature maniacs is back in the town with a whole new bunch of language artists, better than ever ! The ‘Arz Kia Hai’ Ajmer chapter’s brick of foundation has been laid publicly that day.

This past Sunday, 15th of April coloured the city of Ajmer in the blues of poetries n shayaris. The event took place in the banquet hall of Bravia Hotel, near Urban haat, vaishali nagar. It was sponsored by them along with some other amenities.

The programme was divided into four parts:-

· Aalam- e- Ajmer Open mic

As the community promises, a platform for young faces to present their art of words up front was delivered. Many budding poets and shayars from Ajmer expressed themselves to the audience and got applauded. ‘Waah-waah, bahut khoob, bemisaal, behtreen’ were chanted in their honour.

·Arz Kia Hai Guru — session of sufi expert, Mr. Bakshish Singh

The man well known as the sufi expert, Mr. Bakshish Singh narrated the audience about poems. ‘What-why-how’ about poetries has been told by him. More like a friend and less like a teacher, his lessons with his fulsome sense of humour had involved the people in a more connected way.

· Interactive session with established writers

Established writers like Mr. Anant Bhatnagar, Mr. Nawal and Mr. Umesh Chaurasia took particular interactive sessions of their own to cast out the queries of budding writers who were stuck in discarding a lower taste and developing a higher one to write. It includes discussion on various aspects of literature.

· Art performance

Not the least even being on last, the shining shayar, Ahsan Mohammed came up with his guitar, plugged in and sang a song in his own voice.

The melodious mixing of both tones ended the event peacefully and people went with the glimpses of thoughtful memories.

A 15 mins of break was kept in between for eatables. Thanks to the organising team. We’ll be back very soon in a couple of months with another exciting theme. Writer you’r e as well as an Ajmerite or other ? Join us on the lead through arzkiahai.com
