Movie Review: Deathstalker and the Warriors from Hell (1988)

It’s the third Deathstalker movie, and we’re onto our third (and far and away the worst) actor playing Deathstalker: John Allen Nelson. He. Sucks.

He’s unconvincing as a warrior, and he doesn’t have near the charm to make the more humorous aspects of the movie work (like John Terlesky in Deathstalker II). And he has no chemistry with either of the two women he’s paired with.

So if Deathstalker sucks, and the two women kind of suck, what do you really have in this movie? The sets are kind of nice. The costumes are ridiculous, though, so I think they cancel each other out. The story? Come on, it’s a Deathstalker movie.
