Movie Review: Maniac Cop III: Badge of Silence (1993)

This movie is pretty mediocre. After a surprisingly good start to the series with two solid movies, we’ve taken a step back, and it shouldn’t be too surprising. Though Lustig and Cohen return (Cohen this time just as writer, not producer), they’re clearly operating on a direct-to-video budget. And the only returning cast members are Robert Z’Dar and Robert Davi.
