Movie Review: Puppet Master: The Legacy (2003)

This is quite possibly the laziest movie ever made. It’s a clip show of some of the best moments throughout the Puppet Master series. I wish this is something that I’ve only seen once from Charles Band, but this is like the third or fourth “compilation” film I’ve seen on the Full Moon streaming service, so that’s not a great sign.

Even though it’s a clip show and it’s easily the worst Puppet Master movie, I won’t say it’s the least enjoyable. I didn’t find it nearly as dry as a lot of the lesser movies, and it was nice to revisit some of the best moments from movies like Puppet Master II.

But it sucks, objectively. We are a long cry from the relative quality of Toulon’s Revenge, or even David Schmoeller’s original.
