Movie Review: Time Chasers (1994)

This is a very, very bad film, but it has a lot of B-movie charm to it. It’s incredibly cheap, and it just feels like one of those things where a small town in Vermont got together to make a movie.
Right down to the set design and the actors…it’s just awful.
The plot is pretty standard sci-fi time travel stuff, but it’s the details that make this one memorable.
