Movie Review: Woodshock (2017)

--

Woodshock is at times painfully slow, but with Kirsten Dunst in the lead, it’s at the very least somewhat compelling.

It’s a nice looking movie, with some bright colors and lots of still camerawork that draws you in.

The problem is the story. There’s simply not much of one. And while Dunst is good, for most of the movie, she’s not really doing a whole lot. She does a lot of blank staring, and there really isn’t a lot of dialogue. Though when there is dialogue, she’s usually let down by the supporting cast, so whatever.

Rating: 5/10
