This episode is a little rough. Sam leaps into the body of an eccentric artist who may or may not be a vampire.
Naturally, Al is convinced that he actually is a vampire, but Sam wants to prove otherwise, even though this proves difficult.
This is just the kind of story that Quantum Leap never does too well. And seeing as how this takes place in London, it’s lacking the nostalgic look at the American past, as well.
