I’ve seen this listed as kind of a sequel to “To Serve Man,” and I don’t really see that. It’s like a re-imagining of that classic episode, and it’s an interesting one, focusing on consumerism.
It’s great to see the Kanamits back, and I like that they stuck with the classic, almost outdated look. It’s wonderful.
And with Osgood Perkins as director, this episode is just better than the rest of the season. He’s great.
