Today, we left Swarthmore College early in the morning to spend our final full day in New York City.

We began our morning at Columbia University, where we explored the beautiful urban campus.

Then we continued to walk through Central Park. Rich with greenery, we came across many animals (various birds, squirrels, and plenty of pet dogs). The weather was perfect as we strolled for nearly an hour in the iconic park.

We stopped outside of both The Met and the Guggenheim Museum. I loved the architecture of both buildings — the first was more traditional while the latter was more modern and sleek.

We then walked to the Vessel in Hudson Yards which opened just 2 weeks ago! I had seen this architectural marvel on social media, and was ecstatic to visit the eccentric structure. Though we unfortunately could not walk up it, its shapes and color were astounding from the ground.

We walked across the High Line in the late afternoon, then had dinner at Chelsea Market.
