This eye-catching statement describes in a sentence a mission of global technology company Thoughtworks, and what a great proposition. They go on to say, “By asking the right questions, gathering information and analyzing the data, we help you make sense of your current world, then create a hypothesis to start exploring solutions together…the best solution…keep both the end user and the business goals top of mind.” Human-centered design is a holistic method for creative problem solving with the human perspective front and centre in all steps of the problem-solving process. The problems our partners and stakeholders tackle are intrinsic to the daily well-being of families across the region. Employing a human-centered design approach ensures the voices of the very people impacted are heard and incorporated in the solution.
