Number One, Passion First then Others Will Follow
At first challenge, he didn’t care of numbers. He just started his first career as lowest paid coach — manager in Spanish league. Despite he owned official licensed of professional level, he refused more.
He started by coaching Barça B, not the senior one instead!

The most hardest thing was took out famous player at that time, Ronaldinho. Who is he?, he was one of superstar player that FC Barcelona has.
Many fans were angry, and mocked at him, when Pep kicked his out from the team. But he knew, he surely ought to be fine; for his permanent decision. He knew what people didn’t knew, he had a plan, and need to choose.
During his period, Ronaldinho influenced badly with his habit: night time, alcohol, and unexplained life relationship with many girls around him.

Yes, in order to protect his potential future, he had decided, to choose one of the hardest thing in his life. Cut the rope directly at his painful epidemic, the syndrome of popularity by Ronaldinho and friends.
