He had issues with soon-to-be US Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson after he found out she is married to a white man.
His family in an interview with the New York Times says they haven’t seen Frank for years.
“My fellow New Yorkers, we got him. We got him,” Mayor Eric Adams told a press conference announcing the arrest.
If found guilty Frank Robert James will spend the rest of his life in jail.
