Bhoomi Dosh-The Fate that makes you landless

Building one’s own home is everyone’s desire but there are some unfortunate people who can’t build their own home despite being financial affluent. I have seen cases with some of my clients wherein they are NRIs and high paid executives working in reputed Multi National companies (MNCs) or in public sector undertakings (PSUs) but they are unable to purchase a piece of land/flat in a suitable location.

In general the following are strong indications that your horoscope is afflicted with Bhoomi Dosh, the fault which makes you landless/incapable to purchase a home,

(a) You are unable to purchase a land despite having sufficient financial backing.

(b) The land which you purchase soon turns up to be a disputed land and your are caught up in legal hassles.

© Post purchase of the land/flat you get some pressing family comittment such as medical emergencies etc. because of which you are forced to sell off that land/flat.

If the answer to any of these is ‘YES’ then your horoscope is afflicted with Bhoomi Dosh-The fault which makes you landless.

Now, I will tell you the reason why some unfortunate people are afflicted with Bhoomi Dosh. We all know that in the Bhagwat Gita, Lord Krishna gave the divine knowledge about re-birth to Arjun.

As per Vedic Astrology Mars is the natural significator of land and Saturn is the natural significator of construction associated with Real Estate. Therefore affliction of Mars or affliction of Saturn could mean that the native would be unable to buy a land on his own/in his name or would be unable to start off any construction activity on a piece of land which he had purchased.

Also, since Chaturthamsha Varga Chakra i.e. D-4 Divisional chart is associated with immovable property and hence through analysis of D-4 chart should be done to ascertain Bhoomi Dosh in one’s horoscope.

In addition to this, the 4th house in one’s horoscope is associated with immovable property and hence 4th house, the Lord of 4th house and the Arudha of the 4th house should be checked regarding any affliction.
