Changes in research reports: Picolo Research
After 12 months now of reporting on ICO’s and emerging blockchain companies, we decided to reach out to our subscribers for some quick feedback on what they would like us to improve on in creating the perfect research report for easy weekly reading.
As of today, Picolo Research will be making some slight changes to our reporting structure, thanks to the suggestions of our loyal community.
1. Updated design
We will be using an updated and more simple design throughout the report including cover-page, font, layout and color scheme.
2. Implementation of technical code reviews
The majority of respondents advised that they place a very high importance on both fundamental analysis and technical code analysis equally.
As a result, we are currently facilitating the hiring of new developers as part of the Picolo team that can assist with such code review.

3. Conversion of reports to HTML on web
While the majority of those who answered the survey prefer a structured PDF, the response to web-based reporting could not be ignored.
As such, with a new revamp of our website underway, we will also be hosting all content ‘on-site’ for easy web viewing.
4. Ratings are here to stay

5. Addition of competitor matrix
The most highly ranked suggestion was to include a comparison table for other similar companies in the ecosystem. (Over 30% of respondents requested this).
Moving forward we will be including a competitor matrix for simple viewing of others companies in the same league.
6. The structure and appearance will (for the most part) remain the same.
