Dividend & Airdrop Instructions
Important: The following guide has been created for Astronaut (ASTRO) token holders and is in relation to the dividend + airdrop distribution occuring in December 2017.
Overview
On approximately the 31st of December 2017, Astronaut (ASTRO) token holders will be receiving the following:
- a proportional distribution of ASTRO tokens (relevant to ownership) from a basket of 1,500,000 ASTRO
- a proportional distribution of performance distributions/dividends relevant to ownership of ASTRO holdings. The available basket of dividends equates to 50% of ‘realized profits’
For the sake of transparency, an extensive quarterly report will be distributed showing the exact figures on or before token distribution occurs.
Step 1 — Transfer ASTRO out of Orderbook
Astronaut used the services of Ambisafe Orderbook for the purpose of token sale. Edit** Orderbook have now advised that ERC20 is officially compatible. You can now receive the dividends through orderbook.
Should you wish the transfer outside of order book, take note of the following:
- Go to www.orderbook.io and sign in with the original email and password you used for ICO
- Click on Balances and Navigate to ASTRO
- Click on ‘Withdraw’
- Withdraw your tokens to an ERC20 compatible wallet
Step 2 — Using an ERC20 wallet
In order to receive both ASTRO and ETH from the distributions, your ASTRO tokens must be held in a compatible ERC20 wallet.
Some of the wallets which suffice are as follows:
- Open source wallets such as My Ether Wallet
- Hardware wallets such as Trezor or Nano
- Parity or Mist

Step 3 — Your ASTRO must be in an ERC20 wallet by December 26 at 12pm EDT
On or slightly after the 26th of December 2017, Astronaut will be completing its snapshot for the purpose of distribution.
A few things to remember:
- You will need to keep your ASTRO in your ERC20 wallet for up to 7 days (2/1/18)
- Failure to do so will mean loss of distributions (there is no way to reverse this)
- Astronaut will not ask you to transfer your ASTRO into any specific address. Should you receive communication about this, it is likely a phishing email.
Step 4— Wait for the distribution
The distribution can take up to 7 days from the 26th of December 2017. We will not be publishing exactly when it will occur for security reasons.
Once you have received both the ASTRO airdrop and Dividend, you can move your tokens out of the wallet. Astronaut will advise once the distribution is complete.
Edit* once snapshot has occurred, ASTRO will advise. You can then transfer your ASTRO outside of the ERC20 compatible wallet.
What not to do
- Do not leave your ASTRO in EtherDelta or any other wallet which is not ERC20 compatible
- Do not move your ASTRO until you have received both the ETH and Airdrop distribution
Edit* once snapshot has occurred, ASTRO will advise. You can then transfer your ASTRO outside of the ERC20 compatible wallet.
- Do not be late for the snapshot date (December 26, 2017). Astronaut cannot extend this date
- Do not continually ask the community or Astronaut the exact time of the distribution. We are all excited about this milestone, but it will remain confidential for security purposes
Beware of phishing
Astronaut will not ask you to specifically send your ASTRO to any of its addresses. Should you receive a message like this, it is likely a phishing email. We only ask that you keep your ASTRO in an ERC20 compatible wallet.
FAQs
Q: What happens if I don’t put my ASTRO into an ERC20 compatible wallet?
A: The ETH and ASTRO we send you may be lost completely. Astronaut will not be liable should a token holder fail to have their tokens in an ERC20 wallet by snapshot date.
Q: Will the Airdrop and Dividends be sent at the same time?
A: Not necessarily. However, they will be both sent within the same 7 day period.
Q: How much is the Airdrop and Dividend?
A: Dividend equates to 50% of realized profits and Airdrop is a total pool of 1.5m ASTRO. A very detailed Quarterly Report will be distributed around the time of distribution. This will be sent to your registered email address.
Q: How do I know if I got my distribution?
A: You can verify transactions to your address on Etherscan.
