Important: The following guide has been created for Astronaut (ASTRO) token holders and is in relation to the dividend airdrop distribution.

Overview

Astronaut Capital is pleased to announce a distribution of dividends in Q1 2023 of $0.027 per ASTRO token. Astronaut (ASTRO) token holders can expect the following:

  1. Proportional distribution of performance distributions/dividends relevant to ownership of ASTRO holdings as of the snapshot date, 3 Apr 2023, 14:00 hrs (GMT +8).
  2. Dividends will be distributed in ETH to eligible wallet addresses

For further details, please read our Q1 2023 Report here, and our Dividend Distribution Policy here.

Step 1 — Transfer ASTRO out of Exchanges into an ERC20 wallet

In order to receive ETH from the distributions, your ASTRO tokens must be held in a compatible ERC20 wallet.

Some of the wallets which suffice are as follows:

Step 2 — Your ASTRO must be in an ERC20 wallet by the snapshot date & time

On or slightly before/after the 3 Apr 2023, 14:00 hrs (GMT +8), Astronaut will be completing its snapshot for the purpose of distribution.

A few things to remember:

  • You will need to keep your ASTRO in your ERC20 wallet for up to 24 hrs after the snapshot time
  • Failure to do so will mean loss of distributions (there is no way to reverse this)
  • Astronaut Capital will NOT ask you to transfer your ASTRO into any specific address. Should you receive communication about this, it is likely a phishing email.

Step 3 — Wait for the distribution

The distribution can take up to 14 days from the snapshot date. We will not be publishing exactly when it will occur for security reasons.

Once the snapshot has occurred, you can move your tokens out of the wallet. Astronaut Capital will advise on the completion of the snapshot.

What NOT to do

  • Do not leave your ASTRO on any exchanges (Uniswap, EtherDelta, IDEX, ForkDelta, etc.) or any other wallet which is not ERC20 compatible
  • Do not move your ASTRO until you have received an official announcement on the completion of the snapshot by the team
  • Do not be late for the snapshot date, Astronaut Capital cannot extend this date
  • Do not continually ask the community or Astronaut the exact time of the distribution. We are all excited about this milestone, but it will remain confidential for security purposes

Beware of phishing

**Astronaut Capital and our Admins will NOT ask you to specifically send your ASTRO to addresses. Should you receive a message like this, it is likely a phishing email or scam. We only ask that you keep your ASTRO in an ERC20 compatible wallet.
