A brief update on the operational side of Astronaut. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the team at admin@astronaut.capital

We wish to keep our token holders (both current and prospective) informed about some of the operational developments that are occurring within Astronaut over the next 30 days.

1. Portfolio Tracker

The Astronaut Portfolio tracker is being prepared and tested for launch on the iOS app store as well as a base web version. Once final UI enhancements are made, the team will seek to lodge it for public distribution.

The development of the portfolio tools will continue to be an ongoing effort.

The upcoming roadmap in the short term includes:

  • Unit holding identification
  • Transactional volatility notifications
  • Personal portfolio configuration
  • Live ‘expected dividend’ price
  • Live NAV

2. Upcoming Dividends

The first Astronaut dividend is due to be distributed on December 31 2017.

Some important aspects in relation to this distribution are as follows:

  • All token holders at the time of dividend will receive ETH which is proportional to their holding of ASTRO.
  • Snapshot date is anticipated to occur on the on the 28th of December. This date is the trigger for calculating the overall value of the dividend to be distributed.
  • All holders of ASTRO must keep their tokens in an erc20 compatible wallet. Failure to do so will mean loss of dividends. There will be multiple reminders for this.
  • Astronaut recommends using MEW (MyEtherWallet) in conjunction with a Trezor or Nano.

The team will publish a more comprehensive guide to the dividend process in the coming week.

3. Upcoming Airdrop

As a result of a community vote which took place in November, a total of 1,500,000 ASTRO will be distributed to token holders.

The same process and dates highlight in point (2) above will apply.

  • All token holders at the time of airdrop will receive ASTRO which is proportional to their existing holdings of ASTRO.
  • All holders of ASTRO must keep their tokens in an erc20 compatible wallet. Failure to do so will mean loss of airdrop. There will be multiple reminders for this.
  • Astronaut recommends using MEW (MyEtherWallet) in conjunction with a Trezor or Nano.

4. Exchange Efforts

Since the official listing of ASTRO on Ether Delta and CoinMarketCap 10 days ago, Astronaut has increased its efforts in securing larger and more centralized exchanges for the ongoing trade and liquidity of Astro Tokens.

Exchange listings do remain confidential (usually until briefly before the actual live listing date), and as such, Astronaut will communicate success in new listings only when we are able to do so.

5. Update your email

Astronaut has recently launched a new website with some simple FAQ’s for current investors.

If you are an Astronaut token holder and you are currently not receiving emails, please visit the investor centre to lodge your new details.

6. Monthly AMAs

Based on feedback from the community, Astronaut will be launching a monthly AMA (ask-me-anything) that will be held by live video and also transcribed.

Details of the first AMA will be sent to subscribers via email, telegram and reddit next week.

That concludes a brief operational update for Astronaut. All investors can expect to hear from us several times leading up to the 31st of December.

We look forward to finishing 2017 on a great note and are excited about what the future holds for Astronaut and the community.

Best,

Matt Dibb
