How I lead our content team at TrekkSoft

I was employee #17 at TrekkSoft. Our SaaS startup’s marketing team could fit around one largeish table, and I was the first content hire.
Since then, we’ve grown our team to over 100 people (drinks disappear fast from the fridge these days), moved to a bigger office, and published more than 700 blog articles in 5 languages. But in many ways, things don’t feel so different. We’ve hired people who share our TrekkSoft spirit. And, of course, we’ve made sure to keep up the adventures — both in and around the working day.
