After much anticipation, months of planning, and too many catch-up beers to count, Allstaff 2022 is over.

We’ve spent three amazing days together, and we’re still sorting through impressions, hunting down photos and resting (our legs are killing us!).

From the 21st to the 23rd of June, Ataccama gathered its entire workforce from all corners of the world for a giant three-day event in gorgeous, golden Prague.

As the seat of our engineering department and our most populous office, Prague and all of us here in Czechia were so, so excited to play host to all our friends and colleagues from Toronto, Sydney, London…

We kicked off with some alignment and presentations. All of us huddled together at O2 Universum for a day full of stories, strategy and scrumptious food, finally getting the chance to meet each other in person after years apart. We hung around for most of the day there before moving on to the Cerveny Jelen restaurant for dinner, drinks…and dancing. ;)

The star of the event, Day Two, was reserved for good ol’ plain fun. We had a dearth of activities to choose from — axe throwing, guided tours of the Konepruske caves, Karlstejn Castle and Prague’s historic center (the latter, a completely unique experience led by a local unhoused person), boat rowing, offroad cycling, painting, grilling, climbing, golfing…we lost count! You can see at least some of the smiles and good times in the photos, but the vibe cannot be described!

We capped off the second day with a big barbecue at Prague City Golf, where the golfers had just played a tournament to warm up. When the sun started setting, our bandleader Zaki and the entire Ataccama Rocks band got up on stage to get the party started! Marking the third time taking the stage, our own in-house rock band had the biggest show of their career! Taking us through childhood hits from Blink 182 and the Ramones all the way to taking us out with Franz Ferdinand and going with the flow with Queens of the Stone Age, it was the loudest and wildest Ataccama Rocks concert yet! And the rest of the evening will have to stay between us…;)

Day Three was booked for our own teams. It was time to sit down with our closest coworkers, meet our colleagues from abroad in a quieter setting and plan ahead — there’s so much more waiting for us…

We’re not just saying that — a big part of the Allstaff celebrations was the announcement that Ataccama’s been boosted with a massive $150 million investment! We’ll be expanding our global reach, ramping up product innovation and, of course, welcoming new teammates. :) Can you see yourself working with us?
