Coffee with a Recruiter
A community outreach initiative where ATCEMS looks to be available to the public for a quick Q&A. It’s a casual morning where we’re available for open dialogue regarding careers, current positions available, requirements, and how to join our team!
This month’s Coffee with a Recruiter was pretty good! We enjoyed our guests.
A few came to sit down, have great coffee, and ask really good questions regarding ATCEMS culture.
One attendee soon to graduate EMT school at ACC, stopped in to get a feel of what’s to come after applying. We spoke regarding training, SOI’s (Structured Oral Interviews), the hiring process, stipends for continuing education, the 10-week Academy and more.
Another asked about shift hours, pay structure, advancement opportunities, the differences between Medics, Paramedics and/or Clinical-Specialist. He also wanted to know about PT (Physical Training), and what that was about.
