Coffee with a Recruiter
A community outreach initiative where ATCEMS looks to be available to the public for a quick Q&A. It’s a casual morning where we’re available for open dialogue regarding careers, current positions available, requirements, and how to join our team!
This month’s Coffee with a Recruiter was cool! We were able to have some interesting conversation!
Great coffee, great food, great conversation, and some really in-depth questions regarding ATCEMS.
Recruiters fielded questions regarding the current state of ATCEMS, number of medics in operation, and how many positions they are looking to fulfill. Discussions also revolved around budgeting, differences between ATCEMS and other systems, and the geographical location and background of some of our applicants.
Participants currently EMT’s and looking to join ATCEMS probed about the onboarding process, credentialing, our FREE Paramedic school, training, career advancement, etc.
