Coffee with a Recruiter
A community outreach initiative where ATCEMS looks to be available to the public for a quick Q&A. It’s a casual morning where we’re available for open dialogue regarding careers, current positions available, requirements, and how to join our team!
This month’s Coffee with a Recruiter was interesting! We had some really good conversation!
The ambiance was perfect for hanging out with ATCEMS and talking about recruiting.
Students recently completing an EMT course and have applied with ATCEMS took advantage of the opportunity to sit down and chat regarding next steps, going for Ride-Along’s, structure of the hiring process, and what SOI’s (Structured Oral Interviews) are all about.
Others just wanted to stop by and speak to Recruiters concerning steps for becoming a Paramedic, the Cadet Academy, our 4–6 months hands-on training, career advancement, ATCEMS Chain of Command, Specialty Areas, and more.
