Ice Cream with a Recruiter
A community outreach initiative where ATCEMS looks to be available to the public for a quick Q&A. It’s a casual evening where we’re available for open dialogue regarding careers, current positions available, requirements and how to join our team!
Recruiters invited the community and/or interested applicants to “Come cool off” with them this past Friday.
A cool breeze blowing through the walks of Mueller domain made for a pleasant afternoon to discuss ATCEMS!
Patrons were curious about the hiring process, training, career advancement, and how SOI’s (Structured Oral Interviews) work.
Others were eager to know how soon before they could apply once obtaining an EMT certification, going on Ride Outs, a mentorship program, and being a part of the Search & Rescue Team.
We also fielded inquiries concerning the 10-week Cadet Academy, PT (Physical Training), our 4–6 months hands on training, PL’s (Provider Levels), and joining ATCEMS Specialty Teams.
We would like to thank the “scoop” of visitors that stopped by. We truly appreciate your attendance!
