Atento Capital formed a university investment program with the intention to empower top student entrepreneurs from across the country to maximize their potential.

As a part of this program we’ve launched a $250,000 pitch competition. Ten student founded companies will advance to a final pitch competition in March, hosted either virtually or in person from Tulsa, Oklahoma, in front of a panel of local and national venture capitalists. We invite student-founded companies from any university willing to build in Tulsa to apply to the competition.

How it works

Apply online by Jan. 31. You can apply here! The deadline to submit applications is 11:59 p.m. ET Jan. 31, 2021.

Pitch in March 2021 (Date/Time/In-person or Virtual TBD). Meet collegiate focused venture capital firms from across the country and local firms during an exciting weekend with other student entrepreneurs. Compete with other university student founded teams for the chance at winning the competition and a shot at receiving an investment from Atento Capital.

Potentially receive an investment from us in April 2021! The winner of the pitch-competition will be considered for a minimum investment of $100,000 and up to $250,000.

*Note* The winning team is not guaranteed an investment but will be considered for an investment by the investment team at Atento.

Eligibility

Teams must have at least one founding member currently enrolled in an undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral program. All college and university students are welcome to apply. Teams may have members who are not in college, but at least one member must be enrolled in a college or university program.

One founding member needs to be a U.S citizen in order to apply.

Type of company investment

Though the competition welcomes applications from any field, Atento focuses on B2B SaaS companies with high growth potential.
