This book teaches to break all our beliefs which stops us from moving ahead and create/have faith and belief on those things which serves purpose to your lives.
The author says, first priority must always be happiness, because whatever you do, you need to find happiness in it. Here are some tricks/ways author directed are as follows:

CHOOSE TO SPEND YOUR TIME

Always try to find and spend the time on the things which you really love, as it’ll boost your happiness level. For instance, walking in park, cooking, painting, dancing and so on.

RECREATE YOUR BLUEPRINT OF SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

The author illustrated with the term ‘Frequency’. Every living/non-living being works on a certain frequency in this universe. Similarly, our thoughts also have frequency and it has been shaped from childhood to adulthood’s atmosphere and living. So, why don’t we install the better version of thoughts in our subconscious mind like risk taking, attitude of gratitude, problem solving, etc. we should condition our subconscious mind in such a way that leads to growth of mindset, positivity, etc.

LOVE YOURSELF

Many of you don’t love yourself, because if you’d then, you must be going to morning walk, have workouts, oxygenate yourself or feel the nature in peace. As these ways lets you to care for yourself.

DON’T COMPARE YOURSELF

A big reason for many people to be sad, as they start comparing with others.
As Bill Gates said, ‘Don’t compare yourself with anyone in this world, if you do so, you’re insulting yourself.’ And Insulting the God’s greatest creation. Bill Gates, in his college days, never compared him with their friends, as they score high grades than Bill, now they all work for him, in Microsoft.

DON’T BE EXPERT

If you consider yourself as Expert, maybe you could skip the minutest errors or mistakes. Always be with beginners/learners mindset as this will lead you be a perfectionist, instead of expert.

APPRECIATE YOURSELF

The world is so big and there’re many people to say/find your bad part. So always appreciate/brag yourself. People won’t value you unless you value yourself. But don’t be egoistic. As this will build self-confidence in you.

ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE

When you’ll read the biographies of successful and millionaires’ personalities, you’ll find that they’re happy with the resources they have and commenced with those resources. So, don’t be sad and always show gratitude towards what you have.

KNOW WHAT YOU WANT BUT BE FLEXIBLE ABOUT THE ‘HOW’
