Defining breadth & depth

Breadth is having your EA work across all pillars of your life. Depth is the difference between your EA helping you with hiring by posting a job description vs. sourcing, screening and getting out offers at jet speed.

Achieving depth

To achieve depth in any of the pillars your EA requires:

  1. Access: My EA has the access to take on more responsibility in this area.
  2. Context: I’ve equipped my EA with the context on what success in this area of my life would look like for me and what preferences I have.
  3. Systems: My EA and I have co-designed systems that allow us to collaborate in this area and allow them to operate with autonomy.
