I think this is especially true as women in their 40’s also started their careers without all the technology and adopted them as they emerged. For example, we adopted email to pagers to flip phones to iPads. I just had a conversation that this actually makes us better problem solvers as the solutions are not always an app, it might be….. wait for it…. making a phone call or meeting in person to get a better perspective.
