I never tell myself “I hope…” or “I wish…”; instead, I do everything in my power to make it happen!” -Pallavi Chamarthy

Tell us about yourself along with a fun fact!
My name is Pallavi Chamarthy, and I’m a Computer Science student at the University of Texas (Class of 2017). Through my internships & work experience, I’ve gained lots of valuable experience — in backend, frontend, design, product, web development, etc.

A fun fact about me is that I have synesthesia — so I see colors when I listen to music! (See more in the video)

Ideal Job:
I always love creative work. That’s why front-end engineering appeals to me — my inner-designer and my inner-programmer get the chance to work together to create aesthetically pleasing as well as useful/functioning products!🙂

What knowledge would you impart to women in order for them to REIGN their lives?
Physically writing down your goals is extremely helpful because it helps translate your motivation and energy into comprehensive thoughts, so you can work towards achieving them!
