Atlas AI is an impact-oriented tech start-up delivering economic and agricultural insights to meet the needs of developing countries. Our core technology integrates the latest advances in satellites and artificial intelligence (AI) with high quality data from the field.

We are building an accessible, world-class analytics platform that maps human development indicators at fine resolution, around the globe.

The company was co-founded by three faculty members at Stanford University who are considered to be pioneers in the fields of machine learning, remote sensing, and development economics. Founded in 2018 in partnership with the Rockefeller Foundation, Atlas AI’s mission is to advance progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
