3 Things to Do More Of to Become Healthier

What can you do more of every day to be healthier?

I recommend three things:

  • Eat more fruits and vegetables
  • Sleep more
  • Walk more

None of these are groundbreaking, but they do require constant attention because they are easy to neglect.
