Do Fit People Have Cheat Meals?

I no longer have full-blown cheat meals or cheat days, but I also don’t only eat healthy foods.

An average day of eating for me is between 1,700 and 2,000 calories.

But here’s the thing…

It wouldn’t be that hard for me to put down 3,000+ calories in a single meal if I chose to eat a high-calorie…
