In Part 2, I gave you a 5-step process for setting up a weight loss plan by tracking your calories.

I also hinted at a way to hit your numbers while still enjoying large, satisfying meals:

Eating twice a day.

How eating fewer meals may help you lose weight while maintaining your sanity:

Once you know how many calories you have to work with, you can choose to split them up throughout the day in a way that’s most enjoyable for you.

Since I love to eat big meals, I use intermittent fasting to give myself room to eat large dinners every night.

Currently, I only eat twice a day: one small meal at lunch and one large meal at dinner. No breakfast.

Some people will cringe at the thought of skipping breakfast or eating only two meals a day, but I don’t mind it at all.

I don’t get hungry in the morning and I’d rather eat a large meal every day than three medium-sized meals or five to six tiny meals.

Intermittent fasting has become more popular lately because it works well in the context of people’s busy lives.
