There’s Nothing Wrong With Skipping Dinner

I skip dinner regularly, maybe once a week or so.

I used to feel wrong about skipping dinner because I was conditioned to “eating a proper meal” at night.

Now, I have no problem just having a light snack, or nothing at all, at night time before going to sleep.
