What types of movies will be screened during the Festival?
A total of 250+ professional short films will be showcased through three screening units.
Short Films from Young Korean Filmmakers
The screening short films in this unit are from Busan International Film Festival and Seoul International Film Festival in the past 5 years, selected by Mr. Yi Chiyun, Chairman of the organization committee of the Rolling Youth Film Festival, and co-curator, Ms. Kim Dong-hyun.
Short Films from SEA Young Filmmakers
All screening short films in this unit are award winning from Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, etc. Many of these winning films have been screened at several International Film Festivals such as Locarno, Rotterdam, Tampere and Singapore.
Short Films from Young Directors with Overseas Background
A large number of short films from the past 5 years by young directors with overseas backgrounds are selected for screening.
Special Screening of a number of masterpiece short films from renowned APAC directors such as Kang Je-gyu, Lee Je-yong, Heo Jin-ho, Min Dong-kyu, Tan Chuimui, Anthony Chen, Bi Gan, Wei Shujun and Zhang Lu, etc. will be presented.
The session will start from August 8 to October 18, during which all screening short films will be open to ATTA members for free.
“Awaiting” directed by Kang Je-gyu, the chairman of the selection jury, will be screened on the opening day of the session.
What is $Popcorn?
Popcorn is our utility token. ATTA will be the primary market for Popcorn by following a token bonding curve at the beginning.

About TBC
ATTA platform is the primary market for $Popcorn. The price will follow a token bonding curve (TBC). At any point in time, the current price of $Popcorn will be a Sigmoidal function of the current supply. Anyone can purchase $Popcorn directly from ATTA, or sell it back to ATTA.

The Sigmoidal curve is suitable for growing communities like ATTA. Early adopters can acquire a meaningful share of $Popcorn at a relatively modest price. Increased participation in ATTA will also increase $Popcorn supply. When passing a certain supply threshold, prices can ramp up quickly, which rewards our early users.
ATTA has divided the price and supply of Popcorn into four main stages:
- Pre-mint to provide Popcorn supply and base price: In addition to the Popcorn minted by users themselves, the project will pre-mint a certain amount of Popcorn for payment of partnerships, events, etc. Popcorn price starts at $2.
- Gradual price increase from the beginning to the mid-stage of the film festival
- Rapid price growth in the middle and later stage of the festival
- The price ceiling for the later stage of the film festival is $4.80
Users will be able to SWAP directly along the curve and into the pool. When users buy and sell from the pool, the Popcorn in the pool is transferred accordingly. If a user buys Popcorn from the pool, the popcorn goes from the pool to the user’s personal address, and if the user sells Popcorn to the pool, the Popcorn will be burned.

What are the use scenarios for $ATTA?

How does Scoring/Rating work?
10-Point Scale. Each user can only rate each film once. All ratings will be recorded and cannot be modified after submission.
ATTA will generate a hash from the rating information (including rating ID, user, film, time, etc.). Hash will be recorded in the contract transaction records once a day. ATTA will publish the contract address after the rating ends, when users will have access to their rating details.
How many rounds of the scoring/voting?
There are two rounds in total.

- 1st Round Rating/ Scoring
From 8/15 to 9/25, users will rate over 250 films and select 30 films to enter 2nd round rating.
Each film will be screened and rated for a week. The two-week playback of each film is available when the screening ends, however, the rating is not applied to the playback period.
Each user can only rate each film once on a 10-point scale. All ratings will be recorded and cannot be modified after submission.
- 2nd Round Rating/ Scoring
From 9/26 to 10/2, users will pick 3 winners from the 30 shortlisted films
10-point Scale + 5 rating criteria (2 points per criteria). 5 criteria will be determined by ATTA community members.
The final rating of the film = the sum score in each criterion + a 10-point scale rating.

The Rolling Youth Film Festival is the online film festival partnered with BIFF Asian Contents & Film Market (ACFM) Audiences will directly participate in the voting process of the selected screening films during BIFF ACFM and the Rolling Youth Film Festival awards.
