MIDWEEK REFLECTIONS

YOUR INSPIRATIONS!

YOUR ASPIRATIONS!!

YOUR CHALLENGES!!!

Let your inspirations be strong enough for you to aspire.
And let your aspirations be strong enough for you to be challenged.
Let your challenges be strong enough to develop courage.
And let your courage be strong enough to take action.
It is your actions that produce results.

As a child, did you know that problems exist?

No growing child lives in awareness and consciousness of problems even when they are right there before him/her.

Imagine a toddler wanting to sit down, crawl, stand up, walk, and run, and the associated challenges at every point of these developmental stages. But the child is not deterred; rather he/she dares and strives to get to the next level of his/her development.

What you feel or see as a child are challenges to your desires and comforts. It is until the discomforting circumstances and situations are introduced to you as problems by your significant other that you become aware and conscious of them as problems.

Back then, whenever you had a desire or discomfort you cried. At times you would cry and struggle until your comfort was restored and or your desires met. All these happened because rightful actions were taken.

However, with the introduction and naming of your challenging moments as problems come cautious words like fear, precaution, danger, and so on which you coded into your young and innocent brain.

Moreover, you were instructed and warned to avoid problems. Some of these cautious instructions have eventually constituted limiting beliefs that affect your mindset.

These processes of indoctrination overtime down your child's instinctive ability to explore and exploit your world of endless possibilities that the challenging moments would have offered you to undertake.

As you were instructed and warned to avoid problems; you were often found switching on the defensive mechanism that would shade you from imaginative threats and failures and switching off your imaginative creativity and intuition necessary for your advancement. Invariably, this has affected your adulthood views and perceptions.

On the contrary, problems exist for solutions to be found. Problems/challenges and solutions are inseparably intertwined such that whenever and wherever there is a problem a solution/answer is awaiting to be discovered around the corner.

Thus, until your problematic circumstances and situations are turned into challenging moments enough to inspire your aspirations to greatness, your solutions to the challenging circumstances and situations will at best remain elusive.

The challenges of the invisible and novel coronavirus did not consume you. The creative ingenuity of humanity has overcome the challenges of the virus with advanced choke absorbers created in case of future eventualities put in place. Hence, we have remote work and remote work environments made possible by the challenges of the virus.

Therefore, you shall certainly and surely testify of God's goodness about any trying moments in your life as you can hear His assuring words saying,
"Peace be still" for "I am " is with you always.

What are your challenging moments today?

Take your time to think through the challenges confronting you for purposeful and productive actions to emerge and be taken.

It is said that what spoils the apple more often than not lives within it. Everything that is a problem has an answer somewhere. It is left to man to discover the solutions/ answers to any and every given problem.
