I Lost Weight by Doing Math!

We’ve all tried a bunch of diets, right? Be honest. I know I have. Atkins, Paleo, gluten-free. None of them work, because the world is filled with temptation. How am I supposed to go by my favorite doughnut place without stopping in to support a local business? Thankfully, Brad Newton understands this. He’s been there with us! His delightfully self-effacing sense of humor makes this as easy to consume as a bear claw, but behind that entertaining personality lies a lot of knowledge. He’s learned about the science and practice behind how to get fit through healthy eating, and he wants to share it with us. Warning: there is some math involved, but it’s way more rewarding than your ninth-grade geometry class!

Newton goes through the science stuff first, just so the viewer will have the same basis as he does. Then he gets into the importance of macronutrients and the importance of keeping track of what you eat. This all comes from his hard-earned experience as someone who struggled with weight gain his entire life. I can certainly relate to that. He goes in depth, making sure you understand why it’s important to follow his advice. He doesn’t expect you to just blindly obey. I appreciate that! This course treats you with respect for your intelligence. Like I said, though, it’s not all about the numbers. He goes through helpful tips for how to achieve not only your weight loss goals, but ways to make yourself look (and feel) damn good.

As someone who’s also struggled with my weight, it’s nice to hear from somebody who knows exactly what it’s like. Thankfully, he’s done the work for us, so we don’t have to go through all the same experiences he did. It’s all right here.
