We have rolled out our new CRM to a few beta users and this are some of the favorite new features
The newest version of the Talkpush CRM comes packed with features to help recruiters achieve their goals even faster. The CRM was rebuilt from the ground up to favor speed, a mobile-first experience and productivity. Below are the features that got the most positive response from our early testers.
7x faster than before!
In the candidate-first labor market, where the job seekers have more options than ever, the faster your team processes incoming candidates, the higher their chances of converting them into hires. In many cases, who gets to hire the best candidate is whoever spoke to them first. Can you grab the best talent before everyone else? Automating the selection is only half the equation, the other half is how fast your recruiters will get in touch with them. This begins with a high speed CRM which is why we focused on building an interface 7x faster than it was last month!
A real-time interface to grab candidates the moment they arrive
We implemented a real-time interface that shows any critical activity on their online channels, including a candidate sending an SMS, being shortlisted or asking a question your bot cannot answer. As soon as a new message comes in, the assigned recruiter receives a notification, giving them an opportunity to immediately talk to them.
Write to candidates faster with auto-complete
Talkpush now automatically suggests quick replies (templated messages) or tokens (placeholders) based on your input. Let’s face it, recruiters feel like a broken record sometimes… repeating the same things over and over again. Now, automation can handle the boring parts!
Text recruiting is dead. Long live messaging recruiting!
While some recruiters are just discovering the joys of text recruiting, Talkpush is a few steps ahead… and ready to move on to better/stickier platforms like Messenger and WhatsApp. Just like email marketing was spoiled by spammers in the 2000s, we expect SMS marketing to suffer pollution from overzealous marketers today. The ecosystem will be much less polluted in the environments controlled by Facebook, resulting in less spam, and therefore higher response rate. Check out below how Talkpush lets recruiters communicate on any messaging channel they choose: SMS, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp (Note: we can also add WeChat and Line Messenger at your request).
Tag and chat with your team
Once the application is received, effective team collaboration becomes the next opportunity to level up the recruitment experience. On Talkpush, recruiters can now share updates and tag team members to involve them in the process immediately.
Search (and talk to) specific selected audiences
Massive passive talent pool are absolutely useless if you don’t know how to connect targeted messages to select audiences. In the new Talkpush, we changed the way you search a candidate, so you can filter everything from application date, interview date, location, source, assigned recruiter, key data and many more.
Communication evolves
The baby boomers are retiring and Gen Z is entering the workforce. While we are used to using video, audio, gifs & emojis to communicate with our friends and family, the business world has not caught up yet.
Creating familiar experiences for their audiences is the best way recruiters can get an edge on the competition. Therefore, the new Talkpush supports gifs and emojis, to create that extra emotional connection.

Recruiters should not be tied to their desks. We are pleased to announce that Talkpush is also coming to mobile this November. With Talkpush Mobile recruiters have full access to their recruitment funnel while they are on the go, conducting interviews, attending job fairs or meeting hiring managers.
